If you are looking to install a new loft ladder or create some extra storage space in your loft by having it boarded then look no further.  Loft Boarding Derby is Derby’s original independent loft ladder and loft flooring installer.  As I am not a franchise or a national company I am able to keep my prices extremely competitive with no additional VAT to pay on top.  Established as Loft Boarding Derby in 2014, and previously traded as TG Electrical & Property Services, since 2012 I have boarded over 600 lofts and installed over 1200 loft ladders in Derby and the surrounding areas. 

As TG Electrical & Property Services, loft boarding and ladders was something I installed on a regular basis because I would cross sell them as part of my services.  In 2014 the decision was made to change my trading name to Loft Boarding Derby and concentrate solely on this area because the majority of my enquires were for the services I currently offer.  I pride myself on being independent and being able to offer affordable prices for the services I provide – without compromising on quality.  By being independent my overheads are low, as I have no advertising costs and I don’t have to pay commissions or share sales.  The majority of what I do is built on reputation and recommendations, so I don’t have to pay expensive advertising costs.
